Meghan Trainor returned to the music scene with a bang with "Made You Look," which went popular on TikTok owing to a viral dance movement sparked by users Brookie and Jessie.

"It was one of the final songs I wrote for the record," the singer previously told Billboard about the tune, which comes on her most recent album Takin' it Back. "I knew I wanted my self-assured banger that I typically do on my albums, and I was researching "All About That Bass." "Why did this work so well?" I wondered. I believe that everyone enjoys singing along to a song that says, "I am fantastic, I am the sh-t, I am hot." I was already battling to appreciate my body, especially after having a baby. I was covered in a C-section scar that crossed over all of my stretch marks, and I was trying to accept myself while still like myself in public.
